Egyptian League imposes penalty on Smouha's head coach
The Egyptian Professional Clubs Association has announced the sanctions for the third round of the first phase of the Egyptian League for the new season 2026-2027.

The Egyptian League has decided to suspend Ahmed Wahid Farouk Bayoumi Farouk, a player for Talaea El Gaish, for one match, along with a fine of 2,500 EGP, due to his dismissal after receiving two yellow cards during the match.
Al Ahly FC will face Smouha in their upcoming match.
The league has decided to issue a warning to Ahmed Abdel Aziz Mohamed, the head coach of Smouha, along with a fine of 20,000 Egyptian pounds due to his absence from the post-match press conference.
Al Ahly FC secured a victory over Smouha with a goal from Yasser Ibrahim in the 87th minute, in a match that took place last Thursday during the third round of the Egyptian League.
