Smouha president: Match against Al Ahly marks the team's new start in the league

Dr. Mohamed Bilal, president of Smouha SC, spoke about the match against Al Ahly FC, which will bring the two teams together in the third round of the Egyptian Premier League, this evening, Thursday.

Bilal said in television statements: "The upcoming match against Al Ahly FC will be a strong game and a launchpad for the Alexandrian team," pointing out that the management is looking to deliver a strong performance during the next match.

He added: "The match against Al Ahly FC is a new beginning for Smouha SC, and we hope to deliver a strong performance during the encounter, noting that Smouha has reduced the average age of the players recently, and half of the team has been released."

Al Ahly FC are currently working on building a new team capable of competing in all tournaments and delivering impressive performances in the upcoming period.

He concluded: "We support Ahmed Abdelaziz as he is a great coach, possessing significant abilities and potential, as evidenced by his recent performances."
