Fathi Al-Jabal: Our Goal is Victory Against Naft Maysan

Fathi Jebali, the head coach of Tunisian club Air Force, confirmed that his team will enter tomorrow's match against Naft Maysan with one goal in mind: to secure victory. He pointed out that the recent three-match draw streak is unsatisfactory for anyone within the club.

Al-Suqour host their guests Naft Maysan this evening at the late Sharar Haidar Stadium in Baghdad, as part of the fourth round of the Iraqi Premier League, in a match where last season's champions are looking for their first three points.

Fathi Al-Jabal spoke at the press conference ahead of the match with a firm tone, clarifying the team's ambitions at this stage.

Mountains stated: "We will enter the match with the sole aim of winning. We know we are facing a wounded team that also wants to achieve victory, but our situation demands the three points."

The Tunisian coach stated: "We have played three matches that ended in a draw, and this is not satisfactory for us as a coaching staff, nor for the players or our fans. However, we have enough confidence in our players' abilities to perform better, change the team's image, and reach our rightful place in the league table that befits the name of Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya."

Al-Jabali stated: "We must forget the past and think about tomorrow's match, focusing on achieving what we want and getting a positive result that will please our fans who constantly support the team."

He concluded his remarks with a warning: "We know very well that all the teams facing Air Force want to prove themselves in front of everyone and give their all. Therefore, we must be at the peak of our concentration."

Hatim Harith, the team's player, confirmed that the group is determined to turn the tide and return to winning ways.

Harith stated: "We must achieve victory and restore the team to its normal state. We are the champions of the last edition and everyone looks at us as champions."

The midfielder stated: "We will double our efforts in the match and deliver a performance worthy of the name Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya, to make our loyal fans happy who deserve so much from us."

Air Force Club enters the match sitting in 14th place with only 3 points from 3 draws, the latest being a 1-1 tie against North Gas.

The results have not satisfied the fans, increasing the pressure on the new coach who is striving to build a team capable of competing both domestically and in Asia.

Maysan Oil is going through tougher circumstances. The team is in 18th place, the last position, with only two points, coming off a heavy defeat against Al-Zawraa with a score of 4-0. The "sons of Amara" are aiming to secure at least a positive result from Baghdad.
