Al Ahly to Face Delfi in Friendly Tomorrow

Media personality Ibrahim Abdel Jawad revealed that Al Ahly has decided to play a friendly match against Delfi tomorrow, Saturday, to prepare players returning from injury such as Imam Ashour and Ashraf Dari, in addition to new signings like Tawfiq Mohamed.

Abdel Jawad added on the "Malab On" program that Akram Tawfik suffered a strong bruise during training, and the Al Ahly coaching staff decided to exclude him from the match against ZED to prevent the injury from worsening.

Al Ahly will meet Zed FC this evening, Friday, at Cairo International Stadium, as part of the second round of the Egyptian Premier League.

Al Ahly is currently in sixth place in the league standings with 3 points, while ZED is positioned twelfth with only 1 point.
