Brentford Signs Senegalese Forward Malick Diuof

Brentford has finalized the signing of Senegal international Haj Malik Diouf from West Ham United for an undisclosed fee.

The 21-year-old left-back has signed a five-year contract with Brentford, with the club holding an option to extend the deal for one more season.

Diouf has joined Brentford after the 2025-2026 season with West Ham in the Premier League, where he made 32 appearances and provided 5 assists. He also represented Senegal in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations and the 2026 World Cup.

Keith Andrews, Brentford's manager, stated: "We are very happy to have signed Malik. He is a player that fits the age group we are targeting and still has plenty of room for development. I believe he had a very good season with West Ham in his first experience in English football, and he possesses many qualities that will add to our team."
