Udinese Hit by Double Blow with Zaniolo and Palma Injuries
Udinese has received bad news following medical examinations on Nicolò Zaniolo and Matteo Palma, which revealed that the duo has suffered muscle injuries, according to an official statement from the Italian club.
Udinese has announced that the players have already begun a rehabilitation program in an effort to return to the pitch as soon as possible after the injuries they sustained recently.
According to medical estimates, both Zaniolo and Palma will be sidelined for a period of 3 to 4 weeks, which represents a blow for the team at the start of their new season.
Zaniolo's injury comes at an inopportune time, especially after he began the season well with Udinese. The player had renewed his contract with the club until 2029 last July, before suffering this muscular injury.
