Marc Guehi: Our Reaction Was Good, I Enjoyed Playing Today

Mark Guehi expressed his happiness after the 2-1 victory over Bournemouth in the opening round of the Premier League, confirming that the team delivered a good performance and deserved to take all three points.

Jihei spoke after the match: "Honestly, I think we performed really well. We created a lot of chances early on, even before they scored their first goal, and after that, I felt our reaction was good."

He added: "I am very proud of everyone, and very proud of the fans who continued to stand behind us and support us. But this is the spirit we must have in every match, until the last moment, and until the referee blows the final whistle."
