Mouloudia Algiers Intensifies Youssef Belaili's Crisis, Confirms Official Contract
Mouloudia Algiers management has announced that player Mohamed Youcef Belaili has officially signed a contract with the club, confirming that their position on this matter is based on an official document and a documented contractual relationship, in accordance with the regulations.
Ittihad's management clarified that their previous statements regarding reaching a final agreement with Playli were not based on verbal understandings or impressions, but on an official agreement documented by a contract signed by the player.
Mouloudia Algiers has confirmed that it is following the matter with the utmost seriousness, emphasizing that it will not compromise on the club's rights and interests if conflicting contractual obligations are proven. The club will resort to all available legal and institutional means to defend its rights.
Mouloudia's statement comes in light of the announcement by Tunisian club Esperance yesterday, lifting the ban imposed on Belaïli and activating the contract he previously signed with the club, which opens the door to a contractual crisis between the two clubs regarding the player's situation.
