Ittihad Alexandria has finalized an agreement with Zed FC defender Islam Abdel-Lah to join the team on loan with an option for a permanent transfer. This move aims to meet the demands of the coaching staff led by Captain Hamza El Gamal to strengthen the defense of "Sayed El Balad" ahead of the new football season.

The player spent last season on loan from Zed to Al Mokawloon, before Ittihad Alexandria decided to sign him to strengthen their defensive line.

The summer transfer window has seen significant activity from Al Ittihad Alexandria, as they have signed Mido Mostafa from Smouha, Mohamed Fakhry from Pharco, and striker Hossam Hassan from Modern Sport. Additionally, they have acquired right-back Moamen Awad from Haras El Hodood, and free agent Moataz Mohamed from Al Ahly, along with Ahmed Hamdy from Zamalek and Ahmed Al Arabi from Ghazl El Mahalla.

In this context, negotiations between Al-Ittihad and Ugandan playmaker Simakula of Al-Adalah have reached advanced stages, paving the way for the deal to be finalized in the coming days.
