Union Touarga's management has made a decisive move regarding the team's coaching leadership, appointing national coach Amin Kermah to take over from Maimoun Mokhtari in preparation for the upcoming football season.

The club management has chosen to embark on a new phase in terms of technical direction by signing Al-Karma to lead the team's sporting project for the upcoming season, in a move aimed at building a team capable of achieving better results and continuing to develop in terms of competition.

This decision comes despite Mimoun Mkhtari's success in saving Ittihad Tawraka from relegation, after taking charge at a particularly difficult time, as the team had been struggling since the start of the season without securing a single victory, before he managed to restore balance to the group and gradually lead them towards ensuring their place in the professional first division.
