Besiktas Agrees Deal with Arsenal for Trossard
Turkish club Besiktas has struck a deal with English side Arsenal to acquire Belgian winger Leandro Trossard during the summer transfer window, while the club awaits the player's final decision after his participation in the 2026 World Cup.
Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano confirmed that Besiktas is preparing to send a delegation to the United States to negotiate personal terms with Trossard, in an effort to finalize all details of the transfer.
Romano added that the agreement between the two clubs involves Trossard's transfer for €18 million, plus an additional €2 million in bonuses and variables, after Besiktas and Arsenal reached a complete agreement on the transfer value.
Romano noted that the final decision now rests with Trossard, who preferred to postpone his future decision until after his participation with the Belgium national team in the World Cup before making a choice regarding a move to the Turkish league.
