Turkish club Besiktas, under the management of Vincenzo Italiano, continues to seek reinforcement for the wing position during the summer transfer window, weighing options between Leandro Trossard of Arsenal and Armand Llorente of Sassuolo.

According to "Football Italia," Besiktas' negotiations with Sassuolo for Llorente are stalling due to the Italian club's insistence on a fee between €25 million and €30 million, while the Turkish offer stands at around €20 million.

The report indicates that Italiano has given Besiktas management the green light to sign only one of the players during the summer transfer window, either Trossard or Llorente.

Turkish journalist Yagiz Sabuncuoglu reported that Besiktas has made an offer to Arsenal worth €18 million, plus €2 million in incentives, to secure Leandro Trossard.

If Arsenal accepts the offer, Besiktas will conclude its negotiations with Sassuolo regarding Llorente and shift its focus entirely to finalizing the deal for the Belgian international.

Trossard is currently participating with the Belgium national team in the 2026 World Cup, and his contract with Arsenal expires at the end of next season, making this transfer window the last opportunity for the English club to benefit financially from his sale.
