Bayern Munich Begins Negotiations to Sign Jan Bissek

Bayern Munich has placed Inter Milan defender Jan Bisseck on its list of interests during the summer transfer window, as part of the German club's efforts to strengthen its squad with local players who have high-level experience.

Journalist Christian Falk confirmed that Bayern Munich has indeed contacted Inter Milan to inquire about the potential financial value of signing the 25-year-old German defender, who is under contract with the Italian club until the summer of 2029.

Falk pointed out that Bayern Munich's management always prefers to sign German players when the opportunity arises. They have also received indications from Biesek's camp expressing his desire to wear the Bavarian team's jersey in the future.

Despite genuine interest in the player, completing the deal remains contingent on Bayern Munich's ability to sell some of its defenders during the transfer window, as the management first seeks to reduce the number of players in this position before making an official move.

Biseik played more than 100 matches for Inter Milan since joining the team in the summer of 2023. He participated in 23 Serie A matches during the 2025/2026 season, scoring three goals and providing one assist.
