Iraola Approaches Crystal Palace.. Pochettino Enters Milan's Considerations

Several sources are confirming that Spanish coach Andoni Iraola is close to taking over as manager of Crystal Palace, surpassing AC Milan. This opens the door for new moves within the Italian club to select the next coach, according to what was published by the "Football Italia" website.

Iraola, the former coach of Bournemouth, is the first choice for AC Milan to succeed Massimiliano Allegri. However, current indications show that the Spanish coach is leaning towards choosing Crystal Palace instead of moving to the Italian league.

According to "La Gazzetta dello Sport," Iraola prefers to continue his career in the Premier League for family and professional reasons, especially as AC Milan enters a comprehensive rebuilding phase after dismissing all officials alongside Allegri following the failure to qualify for the Champions League.

With Iraola nearing the coaching position at Crystal Palace, Oliver Glasner becomes a strong option for AC Milan, alongside the Spanish coach Xavi Hernandez.

The Italian newspaper also reported that Argentine coach Mauricio Pochettino is among the candidates to take over coaching AC Milan.

The report indicated that Pochettino had expressed his willingness to coach Milan a few weeks ago, but his position remains unclear after the club failed to qualify for the Champions League.
