Bayern Munich continues to assess the future of its Austrian player Konrad Laimer, as the player is highly valued within the club, but the management does not intend to offer any significant salary increase in any potential new contract.

According to reports, the Bavarian club does not mind if Laimer completes his contract until its end, even if it leads to his departure for free in case an agreement to renew the contract is not reached.

Bayern's management believes that the player should first find a club with the same sporting level, in addition to its ability to meet his financial demands, if he decides to embark on a new experience outside the club.

These insights come according to journalist Frank Linksch via the “Kicker” website, amidst ongoing debate about the player's future within the Bavarian team.

It is noted that the player's contract with the German club ends in the summer of 2027.
