The management of Al-Ettifaq has moved to make a decisive decision regarding the future of Ahmed Hassan Kouka, following the recent victory over Al-Okhdood in the Roshn Professional League competition.

Sources from the sports field reported that the club has decided not to retain the Egyptian striker in the team, opting not to renew his contract at the end of the current season.

This decision came as a result of Kouka's absence from participation in recent times, as he did not have regular playing opportunities with the team in the latest matches.

The player's absence is linked to a technical decision by coach Saad Al-Shehri, who preferred to exclude him from his plans for reasons related to his technical vision.

Al-Ettifaq secured an important victory against Al-Akhdooud with a score of three goals to one, in the match held at Prince Hadhul bin Abdulaziz Sports Stadium.

This victory contributed to the continuation of positive results for the team, with an improvement in its position on the standings table, amid the rising performance under the leadership of the current coaching staff.
