The Spanish newspaper "Marca" revealed details of a severe crisis within Real Madrid, with Dani Ceballos at its center, who is now close to leaving the team following a strong disagreement with coach Álvaro Arbeloa.

The newspaper confirmed that Ceballos himself requested to have no relationship with the coach after a tense meeting between the two at the training facility. He informed his teammates that he feels there is a personal conflict and that he will not be part of the team's plans for the remainder of the season.

She clarified that the player is still training with the group, but he is completely excluded from the match rosters, in what appears to be a final decision from the coaching staff, with assurances that the club supports the coach's position and will not back down from it.

She added that the crisis is not new, as there were previous tensions between the two parties before it reached the point of no return last week, especially after the player's absence from the match against Real Betis.

On the other hand, Real Madrid's management believes that the player might have intentionally escalated the situation to facilitate his departure this summer, given his limited playing time. He hasn't played a single minute since returning from injury last April, with his last appearance being against Osasuna in February.

Reports indicated that Ceballos's departure has become a matter of time, despite being under contract until 2027, as the club seeks to benefit from his exit to reduce salaries and make room for new signings or promote young talents.

Real Betis remains the closest destination for the player both emotionally and athletically, despite the difficulty of completing the deal, with potential interest from other clubs inside and outside Spain.
