Koke, the captain of Atlético Madrid, expressed his disappointment after his team lost the Copa del Rey final to Real Sociedad, in statements made after the match.

Koke said: "Throughout the match, we were in a chasing position. We started off losing, managed to equalize, and then, in a random moment, the penalty came due to bad luck just before the end of the first half."

He continued: "We tried throughout the second half, and Julian scored a fantastic goal. We had some chances before the extra time, and if we had scored one of them, everything would have changed."

He added, "We tried and gave it our all, but in the end, it's football, and it's the small details that decide such matches."

Koke concluded his remarks by saying, "We congratulate Real Sociedad, that's football, and we have to keep going."
