The Serbian striker Dušan Vlahović, who plays for Juventus, has caught the attention of AC Milan, amid uncertainty surrounding his future with the Old Lady and the approaching end of his contract.

Vlahović's contract with Juventus expires at the end of the current season. The player had previously entered negotiations with the club's management for a renewal before talks were suspended, opening the door for clubs interested in signing him.

According to the Italian newspaper "La Gazzetta dello Sport," AC Milan prioritizes signing a new striker, but they plan to first sell their player Christopher Nkunku before officially moving to secure a replacement in the forward line.

The report indicated that the Milan management is aware that reaching an agreement between Juventus and Vlahović does not seem imminent, which gives the club an opportunity to intervene and attempt to finalize the deal if they decide to make a move.

The source clarified that Juventus decided to postpone renewal negotiations with the player after he recently suffered a new muscle injury, which will keep him out of action for at least three weeks.
