One Step Away for Al-Nassr Professional from Facing Al-Najma
The coaching staff of Al-Nassr, led by Portuguese Jorge Jesus, is awaiting the results of medical tests for defender Iñigo Martínez to determine his availability for the upcoming match.
This wait comes after the muscular injury the player recently suffered, which has cast doubt on his participation in the match so far.
The Spanish defender is expected to undergo a treatment session during today's training, while his condition will be closely monitored before making a final decision regarding his participation.
Martinez had already begun his gradual return, having participated in ball training during the session held on Monday evening.
The player is considered an important element in the team's lineup, having played 34 matches this season and successfully scoring 3 goals over 2920 minutes of play.
Al-Nassr is preparing to host the Al-Najma team next Friday evening, as part of the 27th round of the Saudi Roshan League.
Al-Nassr enters the match at the top of the standings with 67 points, while Al-Najma struggles at the bottom with 8 points.
