Mohamed Abdel Moneim's Position on Playing Egypt's Matches
The media personality Ahmed Shobeir revealed that the condition of Mohamed Abdelmonem, the star of Nice, has significantly improved during his time in the Egypt national team's camp.
In a radio statement, Shobeir said: "Abdel Moneim has started participating in part of the training sessions within the national team's camp, and his condition is continuously improving."
He added, "Ibrahim Hassan wants to prepare Abdel Moneim for the World Cup, not for the upcoming friendly matches."
The Egyptian national team will play friendly matches against Saudi Arabia and Spain on March 27 and 31 in preparation for the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
