The committee issued its official decision after reviewing the complaint submitted by the Union's management, which included accusations against the player for making inappropriate gestures towards the "Al-Ameed" fans while celebrating his goal.
The committee clarified that it has completed the regulatory procedures related to the complaint, as player Ivan Toney has been contacted to provide his statement regarding the report filed against him.
The statement issued by the Disciplinary Committee confirmed that the complaint met the required formal conditions, which led to its acceptance procedurally.
On the other hand, the committee decided to reject the complaint on substantive grounds after reviewing the facts and reports related to the incident.
The decision indicated that the issued ruling can be appealed through the process of appeal, as stipulated in Article 144 of the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
