The French club Olympique Lyonnais announced today the extension of their goalkeeper Rémy Descamps' contract until June 30, 2029, in a move aimed at enhancing stability in the goalkeeping position for the upcoming seasons.

The new contract for the 29-year-old goalkeeper extends for an additional two seasons after his original contract was set to expire in 2027. He joined the club in 2024 from Nantes.

Descamps participated this season as a substitute goalkeeper, recording several clean sheets, which reflects his good performance and readiness to play in crucial moments.
