Monday 09-03-2026
Al-Ahli team faced a significant absence at the start of their preparations for their upcoming match against Al-Qadsiah in the Saudi Professional League (Roshn League) competition.

Al-Ahly is preparing to face Al-Qadsia in the match scheduled for next Friday as part of the 26th round of the competition.

The team's training sessions witnessed the absence of right-back Mohamed Abdelrahman at the start of preparations due to a difficult family circumstance following the death of his mother.

Al-Ahly resumed its training on Monday following the end of the rest period granted by the coaching staff to the players for 48 hours after the last match against Al-Ittihad.

Al-Ahli succeeded in achieving an important victory over its rival Al-Ittihad with a score of 3-1 in the Jeddah Derby, during the match held in the last round of the Saudi League.

At the same time, Turkish defender Merih Demiral continues his treatment program at the club's clinic due to a recent injury.

Al-Ahli is set to meet Al-Qadisiyah at Prince Mohammed bin Fahd Stadium in Dammam on Friday evening at 10:00 PM Saudi time.

Al-Ahli currently holds the second position in the Saudi Roshan League standings with 62 points, just two points behind the leading team, Al-Nassr.
