Will Matthias Jaissle Leave Al-Ahli to Coach AC Milan Next Season?

Italian press reports have sparked new developments regarding the future of German Matthias Jaissle, the head coach of Al-Ahli, and the possibility of him taking over the managerial role at AC Milan in the upcoming season.

Reports clarified that Jaissle's name has recently fallen down the list of candidates to coach Milan, despite previous interest in signing him to lead the Italian team's technical project.

According to what was published by the "La Gazzetta dello Sport" network, the financial value associated with terminating the coach's contract with Al-Ahly represents one of the main obstacles to completing the deal.

The Italian network indicated that Milan would have to pay around 6 million euros to terminate the coach's contract with the Saudi club, which prompted the management to reassess their coaching options.

On the other hand, Al-Ahly's management is keen on keeping Jaissle in his position, especially after the successes he achieved with the team in the recent period and the club's desire to maintain technical stability.

The German coach enjoys great confidence within the corridors of Al-Ahly, given the positive results he has led the team to achieve both domestically and continentally.

During the last season, Yaesleh succeeded in adding two titles to Al-Ahli's achievements, having led the team to win the AFC Champions League for the elite, in addition to winning the Saudi Super Cup.
