Bayern Munich's coach, Vincent Kompany, praised his team's strong performance during their significant 4-1 victory over Borussia Mönchengladbach in the match held at Allianz Arena as part of the 25th round of the Bundesliga, emphasizing that his team played an almost perfect game.

Bayern managed to secure the match with an impressive offensive performance. Luis Diaz opened the scoring in the 33rd minute after a pass from Leon Goretzka, before Konrad Laimer added the second goal in injury time of the first half, benefiting from a pass by Diaz. In the second half, Jamal Musiala strengthened the lead by scoring the third goal from a penalty in the 57th minute, and Nicolas Jackson completed the quartet in the 79th minute after a pass from Lennart Carl. Meanwhile, Wael Mkhia scored Borussia Mönchengladbach's only goal in the 89th minute.

Kompany commented after the match, saying: "Except for the goal we conceded at the end, everything was perfect. We showed good intensity in our play, and the players who participated proved why they deserve to be on the field. They seized the opportunity and did not disappoint."

The Belgian coach also expressed his confidence in the depth of his squad and the team's ability to cope with absences, especially with the absence of striker Harry Kane, saying: "I said from the beginning of the season that I trust all the team members. When Harry is absent, we have other players capable of scoring goals, and today we scored four goals."

He also spoke about the possibility of Kane joining the upcoming match against Atalanta in the Champions League, saying: "We hope he will be available, and if he can make it to the match, that would be great. If not, we will play with the players we have."

In his concluding remarks, Kompany addressed the condition of goalkeeper Manuel Neuer, explaining that he felt some discomfort during the match. He said, "He felt something in his calf, and I don't want to speculate now. We'll see what happens."
