The coaching staff of Al-Hilal Club is awaiting the final decision regarding the French star Karim Benzema's potential participation in the upcoming match against Al-Najma in the Saudi Roshn League.

The Italian coach Simone Inzaghi is awaiting the latest medical report on the French striker before making a final decision on including him in the starting lineup for the upcoming match.

Benzema participated in the group training sessions held by Al-Hilal on Wednesday evening, after recovering from the injury he had been suffering from in the adductor muscle in the past period.

Despite his appearance in practice, press reports indicate that his participation in training does not necessarily mean he is fully ready to start the match.

Al Hilal continues its preparations to face Al Najma in the twenty-fifth round of the Roshan League, in a match that will take place on Friday evening at Kingdom Arena in the capital, Riyadh.

Benzema missed Al-Hilal's matches against Al-Taawoun and Al-Shabab in the past two rounds of the league, following an injury he sustained after the match against Al-Ittihad in the 23rd round, which ended in a 1-1 draw.
