The administrative body of Al-Zawraa Club announced the transfer of their postponed match within the Iraqi Stars League competitions against Al-Shorta Club to be held at Al-Zawraa Stadium instead of the Al-Shaab International Stadium, due to a technical issue with the electricity system at the original stadium, which could have hindered the natural conduct of the match.

The club management confirmed that this decision was made to avoid postponing the match and to ensure the game is held in the best possible conditions, both technically and organizationally, providing all necessary requirements for players and the technical and administrative staff, in addition to ensuring an ideal experience for the attending fans.
