The Moroccan international Marouane Sanadi, a forward for Spain's Athletic Bilbao, is close to returning to the pitch after a three-month absence due to injury. He is currently undergoing an intensive rehabilitation program aimed at fully regaining his physical fitness.

The rehabilitation phase came after his recovery from pain that had persisted since the beginning of the season, due to a previous injury to his right knee, which necessitated undergoing a delicate surgical procedure to treat the meniscus.

Sanadi shared with his followers on his official Instagram account a photo from inside the gym, accompanied by a clock emoji, indicating the imminent return to competitions with Athletic Bilbao.

The surgery was performed a few days before the start of the Africa Cup of Nations finals, which reduced his chances of being included in the Moroccan national team squad, given the short time between the recovery phase and the beginning of the continental competitions.
