Al Hilal missed the opportunity to take the lead again after Belgian goalkeeper Koen Casteels saved a penalty taken by Salem Al-Dawsari in the 53rd minute, keeping his team's hopes alive.

Julian Quinones succeeded in scoring the second goal for Al-Qadisiyah in the 76th minute, before Salem Al-Dawsari saved Al-Hilal with a crucial equalizing goal with a powerful shot in the 90th minute.

With this result, Al-Hilal raised its tally to 46 points at the top, three points ahead of Al-Ahli in second place, while Al-Qadsia reached 40 points in fourth place.

Al-Hilal is preparing to face Al-Ahli in the top match of the twentieth round, after drawing with Al-Riyadh in the previous round, while Al-Qadisiyah had defeated Al-Najma with a score of three to one.
