Al-Hilal Saudi Club officially announced the signing of French striker Mohamed Kader Mete from Rennes during the current winter transfer window, in a strong move that reflects the club's ambitions to compete in all championships.

Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano revealed that Al-Hilal's management has finalized all the details of the agreement with Rennes, making Meite a new player for the blue team this January.

Romano clarified that the deal was valued at around 30 million euros, making the 18-year-old player one of Al Hilal's most expensive signings in the winter transfer market.

The same source indicated that Mohamed Kader Meite agreed to the Al Hilal Sports project and was convinced by the vision of the Italian coach Simone Inzaghi, despite receiving multiple offers from clubs in the English Premier League.

The reports confirmed that the French striker is currently preparing to undergo medical examinations, in preparation for the official announcement of the deal and joining the team's training sessions.

Al Hilal's signing of Miti comes after several winter deals, which included Rayan Al-Dosari, Murad Hawsawi, Pablo Mari, and Sultan Mandash, to strengthen various positions.
