The Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, who specializes in transfer market news, confirmed that the player is currently undergoing medical examinations in preparation for his official loan transfer to Rayo Vallecano, which will last until the end of the current season.

It is noted that Akhomach progressed through the ranks of Barcelona's academy before playing in three matches with the first team of the Catalan club. He then moved to Villarreal in the summer of 2023 in search of a new experience in La Liga.
