Aston Villa has entered advanced negotiations to sign English striker Tammy Abraham, who is currently playing for Turkish club Beşiktaş on loan from Roma.

According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, Aston Villa has reached a preliminary agreement with the player, after Abraham expressed his approval and opened the door for a return to the English Premier League.

The ongoing negotiations involve Beşiktaş, which holds a purchase option clause in the player's loan contract from Roma, making the Turkish club a key party in the deal, alongside the need to negotiate with the Italian club as the original contract owner.

Although the deal has not been officially finalized yet, talks are progressing rapidly on several fronts, awaiting the resolution of the purchase clause and finalizing the terms of the player's transfer.
