Al Ahly Refuses to Sell Emam Ashour
Sports journalist Ahmed Hassan revealed from a source inside Al Ahly club that the management refuses to sell Emam Ashour, the team's star player.
Ahmed Hassan said on Facebook: "A source from Al-Ahly: We have not received any English offers to buy Imam Ashour, and there is no intention to sell the player regardless of the financial temptations."
Imam Ashour showed remarkable brilliance alongside the Egyptian national team during the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
Al Ahly currently occupies third place in the Egyptian Premier League standings with 23 points.
