Al Ahly star Hussein El Shahat spoke about his team's big victory over Pharco today in the Egypt Capital Cup.
Al Ahly defeated Pharco 4-1 in the sixth round of the Cairo Capital Cup.
Hussein El Shahat said in statements on Al Ahly's official page: "I am happy with today's victory, and whoever plays bears the responsibility, so the win against Pharco was important."
He added: "Wearing the captain's armband for Al-Ahli is an honor for me, and I will cherish it until the end of my career."
He continued: "I suffered a serious injury recently, but it was fate and destiny, and I am content with that. I was able to recover from it."
He emphasized: "We compete for all the championships. I hope we win the league and the African Champions League to make the fans happy."
