Sports critic Khaled Talaat spoke about Al Ahly's chances of qualifying for the quarterfinals of the Egypt Capital Cup after their victory over Pharco today.

Al Ahly defeated Pharco decisively this evening, Saturday, with a score of 4-1 in the sixth round of the group stage of the Egypt Capital Cup.

Khaled Talaat said on Facebook: "Al Ahly crushes Pharco 4-1 and strengthens its chances of qualifying for the quarterfinals of the Egypt Capital Cup."

He continued: "Al Ahly has raised its points to 6 and has one match remaining against Tala'ea El Gaish. If they win that match, they will reach 9 points and will surpass Pharco on goal difference (Pharco has finished its matches). Al Ahly will have a very slim chance of securing second place in the group, but a better chance of finishing third and qualifying as one of the best two third-placed teams."
