A Surprising Exception Before the Clasico.. Al-Ahly Player Available Against Al-Nassr

Mohamed Abdulrahman, a player of Al-Ahly's first football team, has obtained a special approval allowing him to participate with his team in the upcoming match against Al-Nassr within the Saudi Roshn Professional League competitions.

Al-Ahly is preparing to face the Clasico match against Al-Nassr, as part of the thirteenth round of the league championship, at the Al-Inma Stadium in King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah, on Friday evening, January 2.

Mohamed Abdulrahman is included in the Saudi under-23 national team list participating in the Asian Cup tournament, scheduled to be held in the cities of Riyadh and Jeddah, starting from January 6.

The Saudi sports newspaper "Al-Riyadiyah" reported that the Olympic team management granted the player a special permission to join Al-Ahly in the match against Al-Nassr, on the condition that he joins the Green team’s camp immediately after the match ends.

The exception decision also included several players: Musab Al-Juwair from Al-Qadisiyah, along with Majed Abdullah, Humam Al-Hamami, and Faisal Al-Subaie, the trio from Al-Shabab team.

The Saudi under-23 national team will officially start its gathering on Thursday evening, preparing to compete in the first group which includes the national teams of Jordan, Vietnam, and Kyrgyzstan.

Mohamed Abdulrahman's presence represents additional support for Al-Ahly in a strong confrontation, amid the fans’ aspirations to achieve a positive result against Al-Nassr in one of the most prominent matches of the round.
