Danish media reports have revealed that the management of Copenhagen FC is considering the possibility of selling their Algerian international player, Amine Cheikha, who is currently on loan to Vejle, during the upcoming winter transfer window if they receive a suitable offer.

The website "Copenhagen Sundays," which is close to the Copenhagen club, mentioned that the option of selling the young striker is now being considered by the club's management, given the current circumstances regarding his sporting future, especially after the loan spell he had this season.

At the beginning of the season, 19-year-old Shiakha transferred to Vejle Club to get more playing time and gain competitive experience. However, the experience did not achieve the desired goals, given the negative results the team is facing, as it is positioned in the lower ranks of the Danish league standings.

Although FC Copenhagen announced last August that the player's loan would extend until the end of the 2025-2026 season, recent developments suggest a change in plans. Shaikha is expected to return to Copenhagen's squad to participate in the winter training camp, scheduled to begin on January 3rd after the holiday break.

According to the same source, the future of the Algerian striker will be decided after the preparation period, through consultations involving the club's management, the player, and his entourage, with Copenhagen confirming they have no objection to releasing him permanently if an offer meeting the required conditions is available.

On the other hand, several club supporters hope to give Shiakha a new opportunity with the first team, especially given the offensive difficulties Copenhagen has been experiencing recently.

It is noted that Amin Shiakha joined the Copenhagen Club Academy at the age of twelve and played 29 matches with the first team, scoring 7 goals. His current contract with the club extends until 2029.
