Danish coach Jess Thorup, head coach of Al Ahly's first football team, has finalized the lineup for the match against Egyptian Telecom in the Round of 32 of the Egypt Cup.
The match between Al Ahly and Telecom Egypt will take place on Saturday at 5:00 PM Cairo time at Al Salam Stadium, where the Red Giant aims to start its campaign in the tournament strongly and secure a victory.
Torop intends to make several changes to the team lineup, especially after relying on young and junior players during the matches of the Egypt Capital Cup, while resting some of the international players who are currently with the Egyptian national team in the Africa Cup of Nations.
The expected lineup for Al Ahly is as follows:
Goalkeeper: Mohamed Seha.
Defense line: Mohamed Shokry – Omar Kamal Abdel Wahid – Ahmed Ramadan Beckham – Ashraf Dari.
Midfield: Ahmed Reda – Ahmed Nabil Kouka – Taher Mohamed Taher.
Forward line: Hussein El Shahat – Mohamed Abdullah – Nick Gradisar.
