The agency representing Serbian striker Aleksandar Mitrović, who plays for the Qatari club Al-Rayyan, has put an end to the speculation surrounding his future, following rumors of negotiations with the Saudi club Al-Ahli.

In recent times, reports have circulated linking Mitrović's name with a return to the Roshn League, through the gateway of Al-Ahli Jeddah, amid talks of the expected departure of the Englishman Ivan Toney to the English Premier League.

The player's agency settled the matter, confirming in statements to Al-Riyadiya newspaper today, Sunday, that there has been no contact or negotiations from Al-Ahly's management regarding the signing of the Serbian striker.

The agency clarified that Mitrovic will continue with Al Rayyan until the end of his contract and is not facing any contractual issues or desire to change his destination at this time.

She emphasized that the player is not considering a return to the Roshen League at the present time, denying the recent rumors about his future.

The agency confirmed that Mitrovic's situation at Al Rayyan is completely stable, and there are no new developments or official offers on the table.

It is worth noting that Mitrović left Al Hilal Saudi Club after two seasons, one year before the end of his contract, following the club's signing of the Uruguayan Darwin Núñez from English club Liverpool.
