Abderrazak Hamdallah Announces His International Retirement
Abderrazak Hamdallah announced his retirement from international play with the Moroccan national team, after helping his country win the 2025 Arab Cup title by defeating Jordan 3-2.
Hamdallah said in a press conference after the end of the match: "This was my last match with the Moroccan national team, and I am very happy with this title."
He added: "This title was a compensation for the lean years with the national team, years during which I wished for a real opportunity and to have my efforts appreciated and to leave a clear mark with the team. Although this moment came late, I thank God that it came in the end."
