The Truth About Saudi Offers to the Jordanian National Team Star
Monday 15-12-2025
Ali Alwan, the winger for the Jordan national team and Iraqi club Al-Karma, revealed his stance on the possibility of transferring to the Saudi league during the upcoming winter transfer window, following increasing reports of Saudi clubs' interest in signing him.

Alwan explained in his statements on the "MBC Action" channel that there have indeed been talks about offers from the Saudi league, but he confirmed that he has not received any official offer so far, noting that things are still only at the discussion stage.

The Jordanian player confirmed that his current focus is entirely on the Arab Cup, adding that he is under contract with Al-Karma Club, and that any future move will be decided by the club if official offers are received.

Alwan refused to reveal the identities of the interested clubs, or whether they belong to the fund's clubs or the mid-tier clubs, preferring to leave the matter for the future until the situation becomes clear officially.

The player's statements came after Jordan's impressive 3-0 victory over Egypt in the third round of the group stage of the Arab Cup, a win that brought renewed attention to several of the Nashama stars.

The Jordan national team is preparing to face a strong match against Iraq in the quarterfinals of the Arab Cup on Friday, December 12, in a game expected to be one of the highlights of this stage.
