Tuesday 09-12-2025
Moroccan coach Jamal Al-Salmi, head of the Jordanian national team, spoke about the match that will bring Al-Nashama together tomorrow with the Egyptian team in the third round of the group stage of the Arab Cup.

The press conference stated: "This match is important for us to maintain our momentum in the tournament, and it is also important for the Egyptian national team to determine the identity of the second qualifier in the group."

Al-Salami also stated: "The match is crucial for Egypt, but it is not crucial for us. The pressure is on Egypt, not on us. We will advance to the quarterfinals through the match against Egypt."

He added: "We have qualified, so we can rest some players according to the medical team's report."

He continued: "For me, my goal in the match against Egypt is not to think about the previous game we had with them in the tournament. We have more important objectives in terms of preparation and readiness for the coming days."

He continued: "Who do you prefer in the next round, Iraq or Algeria? We are the top-ranked team, and I prefer the team that we will beat to advance to the semifinals."
