A New Painful Blow Disrupts Sektioui's Plans in the Arab Cup
Tarik Sektioui, coach of the Moroccan B national team, announced that forward Hamza El Hannouri suffered a "serious" injury during yesterday's training session, confirming that the player will be completely absent from the rest of the Arab Cup matches held in Qatar.
Sektioui expressed his regret over losing a player he considers a "key pillar" in his lineup, saying: "Once again, we lose an important element for us, as happened previously with Achraf Bencharki and Youssef Mhiri. Unfortunately, we will not be able to rely on Al-Hanouri for the rest of the tournament."
Al-Hanouri's absence is a significant blow to the coaching staff, given his offensive abilities and important role in the tactical system, especially as the Moroccan reserve team competes in a tough group stage.
