Barcelona and Real Madrid in a Battle to Sign Nathaniel Brown
Sunday 07-12-2025
The Spanish newspaper "Mundo Deportivo" revealed that Barcelona and Real Madrid are closely monitoring Nathaniel Brown, the 22-year-old left-back, after his impressive performances with Eintracht Frankfurt this season, making him one of the most promising players in the Bundesliga.

The newspaper explained that Brown delivered an outstanding performance over 18 matches in all competitions, during which he scored one goal and provided three assists, earning him a place in the German national team's squad for the last two international windows.

The report also indicated that Real Madrid closely followed him in Eintracht's matches against Köln and Atalanta, while Manchester United is also keeping a close watch on him.

The newspaper reported that Eintracht Frankfurt's management expects to sell the player next summer, with an estimated transfer value ranging between 60 and 70 million euros. The German club had paid only three million euros when signing him in January 2024, and the website Transfermarkt currently values his market worth at 30 million euros.

Brown is preparing to face Barcelona in the Champions League next week, where he will have the significant task of stopping Lamine Yamal. Both players are expected to start at Spotify Camp Nou, giving Barcelona's sports management the opportunity to closely monitor the left-back's performance.

These developments highlight the interest of major Spanish clubs in a young player who has become one of the most promising rising talents in the Bundesliga, with anticipation building over who will succeed in signing him during the upcoming summer transfer window.
