The famous French star Thierry Henry caused a major stir in recent hours with strong statements to Sky Sports, in which he directly questioned the quality of the German Bundesliga compared to the English Premier League.

Henry's opinions sparked heated controversy, especially amid recent questions about the performance of the German international star Florian Wirtz, who has yet to deliver the same impressive level at Liverpool that he showed with Bayer Leverkusen.

Henry believes that a standout player in Germany may face significant difficulties in England, explaining his point of view: "Players in the German league always raise doubts." He continued, "In Germany, you can get plenty of chances, score goals, and provide assists just by running. But in the Premier League, players keep up with you physically, so those coming from the Bundesliga really have a tough time."

Henry's discussion was not limited to Firtz alone; he also mentioned Xavi Simons at Tottenham, who is facing challenges similar to those he encountered at Leipzig.

In addition to comparing the leagues, Henry criticized modern football in general, pointing out that defensive tactics (parking the team at the back and playing in tight spaces) limit players' creativity.
