Sadiq Howeidi, the sporting director of Al-Khaleej Club, clarified the latest developments regarding the future of midfielder Murad Hawsawi, amid interest from several Saudi clubs, most notably Al-Hilal and Al-Ittihad.

Al-Huwaidi pointed out that the news circulating about Hawsawi's future are journalistic speculations, emphasizing that Al-Khaleej's management is handling all involved parties with complete confidentiality and professionalism.

The sporting director continued: "There are ongoing negotiations with several clubs regarding the player, but we are keeping the details confidential to ensure the best interests of both the team and the player."

Al-Huwaidi added that Hawsawi's contract with Al-Khaleej extends until 2029, noting that any potential transfer will be carefully considered through thorough negotiations, away from auctions or media rumors.

Howaidi denied specifying any amount for the sale of Hawsawi, as has been circulated in some media outlets, affirming that everything published is merely journalistic speculation and that the club operates with a high level of professionalism.
