Thorup Agrees to the Departure of Several Al Ahly Players in January
Sports presenter Gamal El-Ghandour revealed on his program "Stad El-Mahwar" that Danish coach Jess Thorup of Al Ahly has agreed to let several players leave the team during the upcoming winter transfer window if suitable offers are received for them.
Al-Ghandour confirmed that Thorup and Al Ahly have agreed on the departure of Ashraf Dari, Ahmed Reda, and Mostafa Al-Ash in the upcoming January, due to their lack of regular participation with the team at the present time.
Al-Ghandour explained that Thorup stipulated that Al Ahly must sign two players for the striker position in January in case Nits Gradisar leaves the club.
Al Ahly is currently preparing to face Morocco's Royal Army team tomorrow, Friday, in the second round of the group stage of the CAF Champions League.
