Al Ahly Club announced today, Monday, that their defender Mostafa Al-Ash suffered a mild concussion during the training session held at the "Tetch" stadium, which required immediate medical intervention. The club confirmed that the player sustained the concussion during a contested ball in training.

Ahmed Gaballah, the first football team's doctor, explained that first aid was administered immediately on the field before the decision was made to transfer the player to a hospital.

He added that the condition of Al-Osh is stable, and that all medical procedures were carried out in accordance with the protocols followed for such injuries.

The medical team decided to admit Mostafa Al-Ash for 24 hours under close medical observation, during which he will undergo comprehensive tests to ensure there are no complications. The technical staff is awaiting the final report on the player's condition to determine the date of his return to training.

This comes as part of Al Ahly's preparations to face Morocco's Royal Army team, scheduled to take place next Friday, as part of the second round of the group stage in the CAF Champions League.

The red team hopes to overcome any potential absences and maintain full readiness ahead of the anticipated match.
