Last Wednesday, the Ministry of Interior held an extensive coordination meeting dedicated to monitoring the progress of preparations for organizing the Africa Cup of Nations finals Morocco 2025. The meeting brought together the Minister of Interior and the head of the local organizing committee, Fouzi Lekjaa, as well as the governors of the six cities that will host the tournament matches, who participated via video conference.

This meeting provided an opportunity to assess the progress of the ongoing projects in preparation for this continental event. Detailed presentations were given on the progress of work in several key areas, most notably transportation and mobility, fan zones, as well as the ongoing preparations around the stadiums and various facilities related to the organization.

The participants emphasized that hosting the Africa Cup in Morocco will showcase the kingdom's ability to mobilize its expertise and competencies to successfully organize a football event that meets global standards. They affirmed that this continental event will serve as a model of what African countries can achieve when they share an ambitious vision and strong will.
